Welcome to SR Studios! These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of this website and your participation in our Summer Fashion Camp. By accessing our site, registering your child, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by SR Studios. The content provided here is for general informational and promotional purposes regarding our summer camp programming, services, and policies. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Registration & Payment

• All campers must be registered and paid in full prior to the start of their selected week(s).Or you may register your child over the phone and pay in person.

• A confirmation email will be sent once registration is complete.

• Fees are refundable stated due to cancellation or special circumstances.

• Rescheduling is also an option 

3. Participation Requirements

• Our camp is designed for children between the ages of 6 to 13 years old.

• Camp hours and weekly themes will be clearly communicated prior to the session.

• All necessary materials will be provided unless otherwise stated.

4. Release Forms

To ensure the safety and comfort of all participants, release forms will be provided on the first day of camp. These forms must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian before a child can fully participate. This includes:​

• Emergency contact and medical information

• General liability waiver

5. Health & Safety

As the camp takes place in a home-based setting, we are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. If your child has any allergies or specific needs, please communicate them with us in advance.

6. Conduct Expectations

Campers are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, fellow campers, and the creative space. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in early dismissal from the program at the discretion of the camp operator.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided during camp sessions, including designs, images, and instructional materials, are the intellectual property of SR Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, SR Studios is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during camp activities. Participation is at the discretion and responsibility of the parent or guardian.
